Get Currently Lost Body Parts

Returns a list of all Body Parts (Names) that are currently missing.

Inputs	Type	Info
bIncludeRegrowing	Bool	Whether Body Parts that are currently regrowing should be included.

Outputs	Type	Info
LostBodyParts	Array of Names	Array of Body Part Names that are currently dismembered/missing from the Body.
