Get Currently Attached Body Parts

Returns a list of all Body Parts (Names) that are currently attached.

bIncludeRegrowing	Bool	Whether Body Parts that are currently regrowing should be included.

Outputs	Type	Info
AttachedBodyParts	Array of Names	Array of Body Part Names that are currently attached to the Body.
